In these times of uncertainty, as the impact of COVID-19 continues to evolve, LumiSkin is committed to adhering to the protocols advised by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization) and following real-time updates to stay abreast of the ever-changing situation. We will take all measures that are approved and recommended by these organizations. The well-being of our associates and guests is our top priority, and we would like to assure you that health and safety have our full attention. We are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedures to ensure the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our workspace.

Your Safety Is Our Priority

These are some things that will be added to our routine based on the most current guidelines:

● Masks Required:

As a business of health and wellness and with consideration of the personal services we provide, masks are required for all guests and staff.

● Food and Beverage:

We offer individual bottled water. No food allowed.

● EPA-Approved Disinfectants:

EPA-approved disinfectants are used throughout the studio. We will continue our above-industry-standard sanitation practices. This includes laundering all guest linens between services, sanitation of treatment rooms between guests, and medical-grade hand sanitizer available throughout the spa.

● PPE:

All team members wear PPE for their and your protection. This includes face masks, face shields, and gloves, when appropriate.

● Hand Washing:

Team members follow CDC guidelines by hand washing and sanitizing before and after all services.

● Renovations:

We’ve made necessary renovations to provide a cleaner and safer work environment with non-porous surfaces and hard floors in our treatment room to name a few. Our air ducts have been cleaned and are treated with state-of-the-art UV air sanitizers and the treatment room have HEPA purifiers.
